A message from the CEO
This project was born from the idea that this part of Bali lacks modern, high-quality villas (2- and 3-bedroom villas) designed to accommodate tourists, as well as private one-bedroom suites (1-bedroom villas).
Most of the currently available accommodations are hut-style units that form part of larger complexes. Except for a few rare and expensive high-end villas, guests often have to share the swimming pool and cannot fully enjoy the comfort and privacy that a modern premium villa can offer.
The Lebaoh project was created to meet this demand by offering 3-, 2-, and 1-bedroom villas, as I strongly believe the market opportunity is there. These villas will feature premium Balinese tropical design elements and will be located close to the ocean. The location is excellent.
Investors will be among the first to introduce this new concept to Nusa Lembongan Island for the daily rental market. As demand is high and there is currently no comparable offering, nightly rates are higher than in Bali. This rare corner of paradise commands a premium price.
Lebaoh is a peaceful and tropical area of Lembongan, close to everything yet still quiet, near the ocean, the lagoon, and white-sand beaches... In my opinion, this is an undiscovered part of the island with strong future potential.
Initially, I planned to build a few villas for myself and rent them online. However, as I have a passion for real estate and 20 years of experience in the industry, I decided to offer investors the opportunity to participate in a project I would personally invest in. My clients will become my future neighbors...
There will be no restaurant or spa on site, but partnerships with restaurants, spas, and other local businesses will allow villa guests to enjoy premium services delivered directly to their villas.
